Abstract:

The aim of this study, which discusses mobile geographical systems evaluated within the framework of new technologies, is to determine how mobile CBS applications are perceived by mobile users and the factors affecting their perceptions of use. According to the purpose of the research, the main part of the study consists of 6 provinces located in the TR90 area (Silverhouse, Giresun, Trabzon, Artvin, Army, Rize). For the determination of the sample mass of the study, the layer sample method was used. In the province based 95% confidence range with e=5% error share, the layer sample method resulted in the number of samples consisting of 200 participants. The data set obtained from the areas covered by the study was analyzed within the framework of the structural equality analysis method and using defining statistical methods. Reliability validity analyses have been implemented before incorporating the variables in the framework of the purpose. The results of the analysis are divided into nine factors. The results were tested by 14 different hypotheses as a result of the structural equality analysis. Of the 14 hypotheses proposed in the study, 6 were rejected and 8 were accepted. Given the adoption of mobile geographical systems by users, it has been found that users who perceive the benefits of technology such as ease of use, benefits, compatibility, time saving will be able to take action in the direction of using this technology.
