MESLEKİ MÜZİK EĞİTİMİ ALAN ÖĞRENCİLERİN SÜREKLİ OPTİMAL PERFORMANS DUYGU DURUMLARININ FARKLI DEĞİŞKENLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract:

Bilincin akışı, çeşitli sosyal ve kültürel bağlamlarda anlaşılan ve deneyimlenebilen, nesiller arası ve kültürlerarası olarak kabul edilebilecek evrensel bir deneyimdir. Akış deneyimi, bir eylem veya aktivite ile yakından ilgilidir ve nispeten kısa bir süreye sahiptir. Oluşması için, birkaç elemanın aynı anda mevcut ve aktif olması gerekir. Bunlar: zorluklar ve beceriler arasındaki denge, içsel motivasyon, açık hedefler, kendi kaderini tayin etme, görev üzerinde yoğunlaşma, anında geri bildirim, bilinçli kontrol eksikliği, zamanın değişimini algılama (daha hızlı veya yavaş), kaygı eksikliği, can sıkıntısı olmaması ve olumlu bir duygusal durumdur. Bu araştırmada, mesleki müzik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin, sürekli optimal performans duygu durumları farklı değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma, tarama modelinde olup, veri toplama aracı olarak, “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ile “Durumluk ve Sürekli Optimal Performans Duygu Durum Ölçeği-2” kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler, 589 konservatuvar ve eğitim fakültesi müzik eğitimi öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgularda, cinsiyet, bireysel çalgı türü, mezun olunan lise türü, çalgı çalma ve çalgı çalışma süresi, bireysel çalgı başarı puanı, konser performansının mesleki müzik eğitimi alan öğrencilerin sürekli optimal performans duygu durumlarını doğrudan etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır. Müzik alanında sürekli optimal performans duygu durumunun diğer değişkenlerle ilgisinin ilk kez araştırıldığı bu tez çalışması ile öğrencilerin sürekli optimal performans duygu durum düzeylerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir farklılık saptanmıştır.

The flow of consciousness is a universal experience that can be understood and experienced in a variety of social and cultural contexts, which can be accepted between generations and intercultural. The flow experience is closely related to an action or activity and has a relatively short period of time. To create it, several elements must be present and active at the same time. These are: balance between difficulties and skills, inner motivation, open goals, determining your own fate, focus on task, immediate feedback, conscious lack of control, perception of time change (more fast or slower), lack of anxiety, lack of trouble and a positive emotional state. In this study, students who receive a professional music education have been studied in a constantly optimal performance emotional conditions in terms of different variables. The research is in the scanning model, and as a data collection tool, the "Personal Information Form" and the "Status and Continuous Optimal Performance Emotional Status Scale-2" have been used. The scales, 589 conservatories and educational faculty were applied to the music education student. The findings found that gender, individual type of play, graduated high school type, play and play time, individual play success score, concert performance has a direct impact on the constant optimal performance emotional conditions of students who receive professional music training. This thesis study, where the interest of the constant optimum performance emotional state with other variables was first studied, has found a positive and meaningful difference in the levels of the student’s constant optimum performance emotional state.

The flow experience is closely related to an action or activity, and has a relatively short duration. In order to occur, several elements need to be simultaneously present and active. These are: balance between challenges and skills, intrinsic motivation, clear goals, self-determination, concentration on the task, immediate feedback, lack of conscious control, altered perception of time (faster or slower), absence of anxiety, absence of boredom, and a positive affective state. In this research, permanent optimal performance emotional state of students who get professional musical education is analyzed in terms of different variables. The research is in survey model and as data collection tools “Personal Information Form” and “State and Permanent Optimal Performance Emotional State Scale-2” are used. Scales are applied to 589 conservatory and department of music education students. In the collected data, it is found that gender, educational status of the family, type of graduated high-school, playing the instrument and the duration of playing, personal instrument success grades and concert performances directly affect the level of self-perceptions of students who get professional musical education towards instruments. In this thesis study which is the first one to analyze the relation of permanent optimal performance emotional state with other variables, it is stated that there is a positive and significant difference in students’ permanent optimal performance emotional state levels.
