Abstract:

In this study, the teacher’s opinions on social recording in educational institutions were tried to be determined. For this study, the phenomenological design of the qualitative research methods was used. The research group consists of 65 teachers. The teachers were asked to receive three open end questions prepared to collect data. In the analysis of the obtained data, the visual analysis method used in the analysis of the quality research was applied and themes were created by making groupings according to the similarity of expressions. Examples of the participants were presented. According to the research results, in schools, the behavior of social relief is seen, and teachers often show these behaviors in cases where they have joint tasks and studies. The performance of teachers who show and don’t show social recording behavior has been reduced. To prevent this behavior, it has been emphasized that the task should be encouraged, continuous supervision and equal distribution of tasks should be achieved.
