Çalışmamızda, Türk Borçlar Kanunu’nun Özel Borç İlişkileri başlıklı ikinci kısmında yer alan bu zapttan sorumluluğun, diğer hukuki imkanlarla karşılaştırılması üzerinde durulacak Bu kapsamda genel hükümlerden “imkansızlık”, “temel hatası”, “aldatma”, “kötü ifa” ve özel hükümlerden “satış sözleşmesinde ayıp” gibi hukuki imkanlarla karşılaştırmalar yapılacaktır.

Our study will focus on the comparison of the responsibility of this Zaptan, which is included in the second part of the Turkish Debt Act, titled Special Debt Relations with other legal possibilities; in this context, the general provisions will be compared with legal possibilities such as "impossibility", "basic error", "depletion", "bad IFA" and the special provisions of "shame in the sales contract".
