So many results that aren't mine?

Entelektüel Sermaye ve İşletme Performansı İlişkisinde, Yenileşimi Destekleyen Örgüt İkliminin Rolü

İşletmeler, rekabet avantajı sağlamak için inovasyon ile, çalışanlarının bilgilerini ve yaratıcılıklarını kullanarak üretimden pazara tüm süreçlerde kendilerine özel iş teknikleri geliştirirler. Bu çalışmada, entelektüel sermaye ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişki ve bu ilişkide yenileşimi destekleyen örgüt ikliminin etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma verileri anket yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Ankete, İstanbul Sanayi Odası (İSO)’na kayıtlı 1000 işletmeden 405 yönetici katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri analizinde, SPSS ve yapısal eşitlik modeli (AMOS) kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; entelektüel sermayenin tüm unsurları, yenileşime kaynak ayıran örgüt iklimini olumlu etkilemektedir. İnsan sermayesi işletme performansını olumlu etkilemektedir. Yapısal sermaye finansal performansı olumlu, yenileşimi destekleyen örgüt iklimini olumsuz etkilemektedir. Entelektüel sermayenin işletme performansına olumlu bazı etkilerinde; yenileşimi destekleyen örgüt ikliminin düzenleyici, yenileşime kaynak ayıran örgüt ikliminin ise kısmi aracı etkisi mevcuttur. Yenileşime kaynak ayıran örgüt ikliminin müşteri performansına olumlu etkisi hizmet sektöründe daha yüksektir.

Abstract:

With innovation to provide competitive advantage, develop their own business techniques in all processes from production to market, using their employees’ knowledge and creativity. This study aims to study the relationship between intellectual capital and business performance and the effects of the organization’s climate that supports innovation in this relationship. The research data was obtained using the survey method. In the survey, 405 managers from 1000 registered in the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ISO) participated. In the research data analysis, SPSS and the structural equality model (AMOS) were used. According to the research findings, all elements of intellectual capital have a positive impact on the organization’s climate that is dedicated to innovation. Human capital has a positive impact on business performance. The financial performance of the structural capital is positive, the organization that supports the renewal has a negative impact on the climate. In some positive effects on the operational performance of intellectual capital; the organizational climate that supports the renewal is the regulatory, and the organizational climate that gives the resources for the renewal is the partial instrumental effect. The positive impact of the organization’s climate on customer performance is higher in the service sector.
