Geçmişten günümüze özünde birçok mistik pratiği ve sağaltımı barındıran uygulamalarıyla Şamanizm adını verdiğimiz inanç sistemi, Türk Coğrafyasında Kam ve Kamsal ifadelerle kendini gösterir. Şaman/Baksı/Bahşı ve Türkçe kullanımıyla Kam, mistik bilgeliğin, hekimliğin, dini ritüellerin ve tedavi ediciliğin sembolüdür. Bireyin kendi kendini tedavi edemediği, sağaltımını sağlayamadığı durumlarda devreye giren Kam, çeşitli ritüeller ve uygulamalarla birey üzerinde ciddi bir sağaltım yaratır. Bu süreçte birey kendi benliğinde farkında olmadan terapötik sürecini yaşar. Sanat Terapisi, son yıllarda Türkiye coğrafyasında kendini gösterse de, dünyada ve Şamanizm bağlamında yüzyıllardır varlığını sürdürmektedir. Avrupa ve Amerika’da 1940’lı yıllar sonrasında kendini gösteren alan, Şamanlar tarafından farkında olmadan ve farkında olarak kendini göstermiştir. Esrime sürecini yaşayan Kam, inisiyasyonunu kendinden başkasının şaman olamayacağını bilerek yaşar. Bu sürecin akabinde de etrafındaki insanlara tedavi edici ve yol gösterici hekim olarak eşlik eder. Bu makalede, Şamanizm bağlamında Şaman (Kam) öğretilerine, bu kapsamda sanatla terapideki sağaltımın kamsal sağaltım ile olan bağıntısına yer verilecektir.

From the past to the present, the system of belief that we call Shamanism with its practices that contain many mystical practices and supplies in its essence, shows itself in the Turkish Geography with Kam and Kamsal expressions. With the use of Shaman/Baksı/Bahşı and Turkish, Kam is a symbol of mystical wisdom, medicine, religious rituals and healing. In cases where the individual is unable to treat himself, where he is unable to provide his supply, Kam creates a serious supply on the individual with various rituals and practices. In this process, the individual lives the therapeutic process without its own self-consciousness. Although art therapy has manifested itself in the geography of Turkey in recent years, it has continued to exist in the world and in the context of Shamanism for centuries. In Europe and in America, the field, which showed itself after the 1940s, has been unconscious and unconscious by the Shamans. Kam, who lives in the process of misery, lives with the knowledge that his initiation cannot be a shaman except for himself. After this process, he accompanies the people around him as a healing and guiding physician. In this article, the teachings of Shaman (Kam) in the context of Shamanism will be included in this context, the connection of art and therapy with the universal supply.
