Araştırmanın amacı, spor eğitimi alanında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin değişkenlerine göre girişimcilik düzeyleri ve kariyer farkındalıklarını tespit etmek ayrıca girişimcilik ile kariyer farkındalığı arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi’nde öğrenim gören tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilmiş 112 erkek (%66,3) ve 57 kadın (%33,7) olmak üzere toplam 169 öğrenci gönüllü katılım göstererek oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada kişisel bilgi formunun yanı sıra Yılmaz ve Sünbül (2009) tarafından üniversite öğrencilerinin girişimciliklerini ölçmek için geliştirilen “Girişimcilik Ölçeği (GÖ)” ve Yaşar ve Sunay (2019) tarafından spor bilimleri alanında eğitim alan üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer farkındalığını ölçmek için geliştirilen “Kariyer Farkındalığı Ölçeği (KFÖ)” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım göstermesinin ardından veriler T-testi, ANOVA ve Pearson Korelasyon testleriyle analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, spor eğitimi alanında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin değişkenlerine göre girişimcilikleri ve kariyer farkındalıklarının değiştiği ve kariyer farkındalığının arttıkça girişimciliğinde artacağı sonucuna varılmıştır.
The purpose of the research is to identify entrepreneurship levels and career awareness according to the variables of students studying in the field of sports education and also to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship and career awareness. The study group was created by participating in a total of 169 students, including 112 men (66.3%) and 57 women (33.7%), selected by the random sampling method of study at the Istanbul Development University. In the study, as well as the personal information form, the "Entrepreneurship Scale" developed by Yılmaz and Sünbül (2009) to measure the entrepreneurship of university students and the "Career Awareness Scale" developed by Yaşar and Sunay (2019) to measure the career awareness of university students who are trained in the field of sports sciences. After the normal distribution of the data, the data was analyzed with the T-test, ANOVA and Pearson Correlation tests. As a result, it has been concluded that the entrepreneurship and career awareness will change according to the variables of students studying in the field of sports education and that the increased career awareness will increase in entrepreneurship.
