İnsanoğlu hayatının hemen hemen her kademesini çeşitli örgütlere dâhil olarak geçirmektedir. Biyolojik, sosyolojik ve psikolojik açıdan karmaşık bir yapısı olan insan, mensubu olduğu örgütlerde de bu yapının bir parçası olmaktadır. Örgütlerin, bireylerin sadece iş yaşamlarına değil hayatlarının bütününe etki ettiği göz ardı edilemeyecek bir gerçektir. Örgüt ve örgütleşmenin yarattığı birtakım olumlu ve olumsuz durumlar vardır. Bu durumlardan birisi de çatışmadır. Çatışmanın her alanda olduğu gibi, önemli bir örgüt olan okullarda da etkisi büyüktür. Eğitim örgütlerinde çatışmanın yaşanmayacağı bir ortam neredeyse yoktur. Bu noktada önemi vurgulanması gereken nokta, çatışmaların doğru bir şekilde algılanarak, örgüt hedeflerini gerçekleştirecek şekilde çözüme kavuşturulmasıdır. Çatışmanın varlığıyla birlikte yöneticilerin bu durumu diğer bir deyişle, çatışmanın doğasını doğru şekilde algılayıp, çözüm üretmeleri örgüte yarar sağlayacaktır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, okullarda öğretmen ile yönetici arasında yaşanan çatışmaları ve çözüm yöntemlerini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu Ankara ilinde özel bir eğitim kurumunda görev yapan 10 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Yönetici ve öğretmen görüşleri görüşme yöntemi tekniğinden faydalanılarak elde edilen veriler nitel veri analizi tekniğinden yararlanılarak çözümlenmiştir.
The human being, who has a complex sociological and psychological structure, becomes a part of this structure in the organizations he is a member of. It is an undeniable fact that organizations affect not only the business life of individuals but also their entire lives. There are some positive and negative situations created by the organization and the organization. One of these situations is conflict. Conflict has a great impact on schools, which is an important organization, as it is in every field. In educational organizations, there is almost no environment where conflict does not occur. At this point, the point that should be emphasized is that the conflicts should be perceived correctly and resolved in a way that will achieve the goals of the organization. With the existence of the conflict, it will be beneficial for the organization if the managers perceive this situation, in other words, the nature of the conflict correctly and produce a solution. The aim of this research was to investigate the conflicts between teachers and administrators in schools and their solution methods. The research group consists of 10 teachers working in a private educational institution in Ankara. The data obtained by using the interview method technique of the opinions of the administrators and teachers were analyzed by using the qualitative data analysis technique.
