Abstract:

Trust is a concept that is born as a result of long-term relationships, past experiences and is sustainable according to the quality of these relationships. In the essence of confidence, honesty, consistency, transparency, equality, participation in decisions, mutual communication, motivation, and support are the values that create commitment. The concept of confidence in the organization emerges, especially in the forms of trust in the organization and trust in the manager. When trust is said to the manager, the commitment, commitment, loyalty that the employee feels to the manager to whom the employee is bound comes to mind. When the employee trusts the manager, this trust can also be paid and generalized to the organization he works. He also expresses or identifies his institution with the manager he is affiliated with. When trust is said to the institution, it is reasonable to meet all employees’ expectations and beliefs. This study has been aimed at determining the relationship between the trust that employees in the service sector hear to their managers and the trust that they hear to their institutions. For this purpose, a survey was implemented to 280 employees in the sector, which separately measures trust in the institution and trust in the manager. According to the outcome, there have been meaningful and strong relationships between the trusting characteristics of the institution and the trusting characteristics of the manager.
