Abstract:

Araştırma, lider-üye etkileşiminin örgütsel güven üzerindeki etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla Karaman İlindeki KOBİ’lerde, farklı hiyerarşik düzeyde çalışan 136 katılımcıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda; lider-üye etkileşimini olumlu değerlendirenlerin, örgütsel güven düzeyleri yüksek bulunmuştur. Aynı zamanda kendi performanslarını olumlu değerlendirdikleri ve kendilerini yöneticilerine yakın hissettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
