So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Üniversite öğrencilerinin başarı düzeylerini yükseltmek ve nitelikli bireyler olarak yetiştirilmelerini sağlamak ülke ekonomisi ve toplumsal gelişmenin itici gücüdür. Yapılan literatür çalışmasında bu amaca yönelik bir çok akademik çalışmanın faktör analizi yöntemiyle yapıldığı fakat Ekonometri Bölümü’nde okuyan öğrencilerin başarılarına etki eden faktörlerin belirlenmesine yönelik bir çalışmanın yapılmadığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Manisa Celal Bayar Üniversitesi İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim döneminde Ekonometri Bölümü’nde okuyan öğrencilerden 210’una 54 sorudan oluşan anket uygulanmıştır. Faktör analizi sonucunda öğrencilerin başarılarına etki eden 8 faktör bulunmuştur. Bulunan bu faktörler varyansın % 65’ini açıklamaktadır.
