Abstract:

This research was done to identify the influence of teachers working in the Professional and Technical Anatolian High Schools on their performance of psychological capital levels. The universe of research is made up of 163 teachers who work at the Professional and Technical Anadolu High Schools in the Isparta Provincial Center. SPSS and AMOS programs have been used to identify the effects between the variables according to the data obtained from the sample group. Correlation and regression analysis was used to test the relationships and effects between the variables used in the study. According to the research results, significant and positive relationships between the dimensions of the psychological capital and the performance of teachers have been identified. As the psychological capital levels of teachers increase, their performance also increases. The research findings have found that the dimensions of hope and optimism of the psychological capital are significantly indicative variables on the performance of the employee, but the dimensions of self-sufficiency and flexibility are not significant indicative variables. The findings obtained by the research have been discussed in accordance with the area and have been presented in recommendations for different studies.
