Bu çalışmada işkoliklik, iş-aile çatışması ve tükenmişlik konuları çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini serbest ve ücretli çalışan avukatlar oluşturmaktadır. Bu değişkenlerle ilişkisi olan demografik değişkenler belirlenmiş, ayrıca işkolikliğin iş-aile çatışması, iş-aile çatışmasının tükenmişliğe etkisi ve son olarak işkolikliğin tükenmişliğe etkilerinin ne olduğu sorularına cevap verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Verilerin analizi sonucu işkoliklik ile iş-aile/aile-iş çatışması arasında orta düzeyde doğru yönlü ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca iş-aile/aile-iş çatışmaları da tükenmişliği pozitif yönlü etkilemektedir. Yine işkoliklik tükenmişlik üzerine pozitif etkiye sahiptir diğer bir ifade ile işkolikliğin artışı yaşanan tükenmişliği artırdığı bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Son bölümde çalışmanın bulguları özetlenmiş, araştırmanın kısıtlarına değinilerek, önerilere yer verilmiştir.
In this study, the subjects of workaholism, work-family conflict and burnout were studied. The sample of the study consists of lawyers. Demographic variables which are related to these variables are determined and also it has been tried to answer the effect of workaholism on work-family/ familywork conflict, the effect of work-family conflict on burnout and finally the effects of workaholism on burnout. As a result of the analysis of the data, a moderate level of direct relationship was found between the workaholism and the work-family / family-work conflict. In addition, work-family / familywork conflicts affect burnout positively. Finally, workaholism has a positive effect on burnout. In the last chapter, the findings of the study are summarized and some suggestions are given.
