Afyonkarahisar ve çevresinde hayvan yetiştiriciliği önemli bir geçim kaynağıdır. Koyun ve keçilerden elde edilen yün, tiftik, dokumalarda kullanılmış özellikle tiftik keçisi yetiştiriciliğinin Seydiler’de yaygın olması burada tülü dokumalarının yapılmasına olanak tanımıştır. Afyonkarahisar’ın Seydiler Beldesi ve çevresinde post görünümüne sahip yaygılara “Tülü” ya da “Filikli tülü” denilmiştir. Tülü dokumalarının ilmeklerinde tiftik keçisinden elde edilen tiftik kullanılmış olup yörede filik adı verilmiştir. Kâşgarlı Mahmud Dîvânu Lugâti’t-Türk’te uzun tüylü dokumalardan bahsetmektedir. Türk kültüründe önemli bir yere sahip olan tülü dokumaları Afyonkarahisar’ın Seydiler Beldesi’nde kültür mirası olarak devam etmiş, filikli tülü örnekleri günümüze kadar azalarak da olsa gelmiştir. Seydiler tülü dokumalarının çözgüsü ve atkısında elde eğirilmiş yün iplik, ilmeklerinde filik kullanılmıştır. Tülü dokumalarının Seydiler geleneklerinde önemli bir yeri vardır. Kız çeyizinde filik ile dokunmuş tülü yaygı ve seccadeler bulundurulmaktadır. Eve gelen misafirin oturacağı yere filikli tülü dokuma yayılmakta, ölen kişinin hayrı olması amacıyla filikli tülü dokuma camiye hediye edilmektedir. Yörede yetiştirilen koyun ve keçi sayısındaki düşüş, kente göç ve makineleşme filikli tülü dokunmalarının üretimini etkilemiştir. Araştırmada, günümüzde üretimi yapılmayan Seydiler filikli tülü dokumalarının geleneksel hayattaki yerinin, teknik ve sanatsal özelliklerinin tespit edilmesi, bu bilgilerin yazılı kaynak hâline getirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Yapılan literatür taramasında, Seydiler yöresi filikli tülü dokumaları hakkında daha önce bir araştırmanın yapılmamış olması, ağırlıklı olarak alanda yapılan bu araştırmanın önemini artırmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin yazılı kaynak hâline getirilmesi, filikli tülü dokumaları alanında çalışma yapacak bilim insanlarına kaynak olması araştırmanın bir diğer amacıdır. Araştırmanın materyalini, Afyonkarahisar Seydiler’de dokunmuş filikli tülü yaygılar ve seccadeler oluşturmaktadır. Konu, Afyonkarahisar Seydiler Merkezi’nde dokunmuş filikli tülüler olarak sınırlandırılmış, araştırmanın metodunda alan araştırması ve literatür taraması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada 20 kaynak kişi ile görüşülmüş, 9 kaynak kişinin filikli tülü dokumalarıyla ilgili bilgi aktarımına yer verilmiştir. 11 adet filikli tülü dokuma materyaline ulaşılmış, 7 adet örnek görseli kullanılmıştır. Filikli tülülerin hammaddesi, ilmek türü tespit edilmiş, eni ve boyu ölçülmüştür. Yörede kullanılan boyar maddeler ve filikli tülü dokumalarının boyanmasında kullanılan boyama yöntemlerine araştırmada yer verilmiştir. Ayrıca atkı, ilmek sıraları sayılmış, renk, desen özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Filikli tülü dokumalarında Türk düğümünün yanı sıra ördekbaşı düğümüne ve atlamalı düğüm uygulamalarına rastlanmıştır. Afyonkarahisar’ın Seydiler Beldesi filikli tülü dokumaları hakkında alana katkı sağlayacak bilgiler tespit edilmiş, makalede bu tespitlere yer verilmiştir. Araştırma 2019-2020 yılları arasında yapılmış, düğüm türlerinin çiziminde üç boyutlu modelleme “Blender programı” kullanılarak ilmek çizim görselleri oluşturulmuştur. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirme kısmında sunularak, tülü dokumalarının üretimine yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The material of the research is made up of wheels and seccades that are touched in the Afyonkarahisar Seydiler. The subject was limited to the touched filic tubes in the Afyonkarahisar Seydiler Center, the field research and literary scan were used in the research method.
