Bu çalışmanın amacı, mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim uygulamalarının fizik öğretmen adaylarının yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimlerine etkilerini belirlemektir. Araştırma, ön test-son test tek gruplu basit deneysel desende tasarlanmıştır. Basit deneysel desenin sınırlılıklarından dolayı araştırma kapsamında özel durum yöntemi de kullanılmıştır. Video kayıtlarına dayalı yansıtıcı günlükler ve YANDE (Yansıtıcı Düşünme Eğilimlerini Belirleme) ölçeği ile veri toplanan çalışmanın örneklemini, Fatih Eğitim Fakültesi Fizik Öğretmenliği Programı 4. sınıfında öğrenim gören 13 öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. 2013-2014 eğitim-öğretim yılının bahar yarıyılında ve 2014-2015 eğitim-öğretim yılının güz ve bahar yarıyıllarında sürdürülen uygulamalar, Özel Öğretim Yöntemleri-II dersinin uygulama saatinde, Okul Deneyimi ve Öğretmenlik Uygulaması derslerinin de fakültedeki ders saatlerinde yürütülmüştür. Uygulamalar kapsamında her aday beşer kez mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim uygulaması yapmıştır. YANDE ölçeğinden elde edilen veriler Wilcoxon işaretli sıralar testi kullanılarak, yansıtıcı günlüklerden elde edilen veriler de yorumsal analize dayalı olarak çözümlenmiştir. YANDE analizlerinde, sürekli ve amaçlı düşünme, sorgulayıcı ve etkili öğretim, öğretim sorumluluğu ve bilimsellik, araştırmacı, öngörülü ve içten olma alt boyutlarında uygulama öncesi ve sonrasında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu, açık fikirlilik ve mesleğe bakış alt boyutlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı görülmektedir. Bu bulgularla birlikte, YANDE ölçeği toplam puan analizleri de dikkate alındığında, mikro-yansıtıcı öğretim uygulamalarının öğretmen adaylarının yansıtıcı düşünme eğilimlerini geliştirmede büyük ölçüde etkili olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The aim of this study is to determine the effects of micro-reflective teaching practices on the reflective thinking trends of physics teacher candidates. The research is designed in a simple experimental draft with a single group of pre-test-final tests. Due to the limitations of the simple experimental pattern, the special state method was also used in the research framework. The sample of the study collected data on the basis of video recordings and the scale of YANDE (Determination of Reflective Thought Trends), Fatih School of Education Physics Teaching Programme forms 13 teachers candidates who study in the 4th class. Applications continued in the spring semester of the 2013-2014 educational year and in the good and spring semester of the 2014-2015 educational year, Special Teaching Methods-II course, School Experience and Teaching Application courses were also carried out in the faculty course hours. In the framework of the applications, each candidate has performed a micro-reflective teaching application five times. The data obtained from the YANDE scale was analyzed on the basis of interpretative analysis using the Wilcoxon-marked order test, and the data obtained from the reflective daily. In the YANDE analysis, there is a significant difference before and after application in the subdimensions of continuous and aimed thinking, questioning and effective teaching, teaching responsibility and scientificity, research, predictive and honestness, there is no significant difference in the subdimensions of open mindfulness and professional view. With these findings, considering the overall score analysis of the YANDE scale, the conclusion has been made that micro-reflective teaching practices are largely effective in developing reflective thinking trends of teachers candidates.
