References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Culture is the totality of experiences, pains, and joys that society has accumulated throughout its history. Proverbs and idioms are the refined and reduced versions of this culture. Because there is a reason or a story behind every proverb and idiom, it is unthinkable that animals, which share this world with people and are one of the invariable parts of human life, are not mentioned in proverbs and idioms. The fact that animals are also included in idioms in all languages is more appropriate for the idea that proverbs and idioms are summaries of cultures. Proverbs express judgment, while idioms describe a concept or situation. In the idioms that are the subject of this study, analogies are usually made to animals' physical or psychological behaviors. An example is that one animal is cunning, and the other is stubborn. The types of animals that are the subject of idioms are entirely related to the geography where that culture is lived. Because the lifestyle of a civilization established on the seaside and civilization far from the sea may vary, and the idioms used may also be variable. In one place, the names of sea animals are subject to more idioms, while in another place, the names of these animals may be mentioned little. In this study, the idioms with animal motifs in the أفعل من meter in the parable book called Cemheretu'l-emsâl were examined.
