Proverb should an important place in public life .One of the sayings of the anonymous world of expression is opinion of the public philosophy. With the provisions transmitter feature prominent proverbs, the Turkish culture emerges from the past in many written sources. Although Turkish proverb sare carried in to inscriptive culture their main realm of existence is the spoken culture settings. Phrases such as proverbs and idioms one of the basic means of communication in Turkish culture. Events, attitudes and behaviors in society is very strong cultural tradition of oral expression is mediated by these patterns. Proverbs are one of society's life experience to the next generation of transport vehicles. The economic life of society relevant experience in this experience as well.
