Düşük ayak en sık lomber disk hernisi veya tuzak nöropatiler sonucu görülmektedir. Nadir olarak kranial parasagital bölgeyi etkileyen; izole kafa travması, serebral yer kaplayıcı lezyon veya demyelinizan bir hastalığa bağlı olarak düşük ayak gelişebilir. Santral nedenli düşük ayak genellikle spastik tipte olup hiperrefleksi, patolojik refleksler, baş ağrısı ile başka klinik ve nörolojik bulgular tabloya eşlik etmektedir. Ayırıcı tanı koymada dikkatli klinik muayene, radyolojik ve elektrofizyolojik tetkikler önemli araçlardır. (JAREM 2013; 3: 112-5)

Abstract:

Low legs are most often seen as a result of lombal disk hernia or trap neuropathy. Rarely affecting the cranial parasagital area; isolated head trauma, cerebral surface coverage injury, or a disease that may mean, the low foot may develop. The lower foot caused by central is usually of a spastic type and is accompanied by hyperreflections, pathological reflexes, headaches and other clinical and neurological findings. The careful clinical examination, radiological and electrophysiological examinations are important tools in placing a distinctive diagnosis. (JAREM 2013; 3: 112-5)
