Abstract:

İngiliz Klasik İktisat Okulu Adam Smith tarafından 1776 yılında kurulmuştur. Alman Tarihçi Okulu daha çok İngiliz Klasik İktisat Okuluna eleştiriler yapan Kıta Avrupasına ait bir okul olarak tanınmıştır. Tarihçi Okula göre Kıta Avrupası için tamamen farklı ve daha kapsamlı bir ekonomik sistem gereklidir. Tarihçi Okul üyeleri bireyin ancak sosyal ilişkiler ağı içinde var olabileceğini düşünmüştür. Bu bakımdan bireyi toplumdan soyutlayan, bireyin bencilliğini iktisadi analizin merkezine oturtan Klasik ve Neoklasik İktisat Okullarına karşı çıkmışlardır. Tarihçi Okul bencilliğe ve egoizme dayalı bir refahın mümkün olmadığını savunmuştur. 19. yüzyılın sonlarında Alman Tarihçi Okulunun köklerinden iktisat sosyolojisi adlı alt disiplin doğmuştur. Neoklasik teoriyi yetersiz bulanlar bu alanda çalışmalar yapmıştır. Türkiye’de iktisat sosyolojisi alanında çalışmalar yapmış önemli isimler arasında Ziya Gökalp, Sabri Ülgener, Ahmet Güner Sayar ve Cahit Talas bulunur. Bu çalışmada, Türk toplumu perspektifinden Alman Tarihçi Okulu ile iktisat sosyolojisi arasındaki ilişki kısaca anlatılmaktadır. Ayrıca, çalışmada Türkiye’nin tıpkı Kıta Avrupası ülkeleri gibi 3. Yol ülkesi olduğu ileri sürülmektedir.

The relationship between the Turkish society and the German history school from the perspective

Abstract:

The English School of Classical Economics was founded in 1776 by Adam Smith. The German School of History is more recognized as a school belonging to the Continental Europe that criticizes the English School of Classical Economics. According to the School of History, a completely different and more comprehensive economic system is needed for the continent of Europe. Historical School members thought that the individual could only exist within the social relationships network. In this regard, they opposed the Classical and Neoclassical Schools of Economics, which separated the individual from society, puts the individual’s selfishness at the center of economic analysis. History School has argued that selfishness and selfishness-based prosperity is not possible. At the end of the 19th century, a subdiscipline called economic sociology was born from the roots of the German School of History. Those who found the theory inadequate have done studies in this field. In Turkey, important names that have done studies in the field of economic sociology include Ziya Gökalp, Sabri Ülgener, Ahmet Güner Sayar and Cahit Talas. In this study, the relationship between the German School of History and the economic sociology is briefly described from the perspective of the Turkish society. In addition, in the study of Turkey, as well as the countries of the Continental Europe 3. It is said that the road is a country.
