Abstract:

The aim of this research is to identify their views on the management problems that newly beginners of the village school managers face. The universe of research 2019-2020 educational year is composed of 34 managers working in rural schools in the provinces of Van ili Gürpınar and Edremit, while the work group is among these managers, 12 school managers who have just started their job. Research is a quality research. Using a semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher and provided validity and reliability in accordance with the expert opinions, the data collected was evaluated using content analysis techniques. At the end of the study, among the most important problems of managers, the lack of internet substructure and the problem of transportation, the appointment of managers after a certain experience, the teachers have sufficient knowledge in professional guidance, while the least problem is the size of communication between teachers and managers.
