Araştırma kapsamı giderek genişleyen kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk kavramı, örgütlerin önem verdikleri konular arasına girmiştir. Örgütlerin sürdürülebilirliği için önemli olan bağlılık konusunu etkileyen unsurlar araştırılmakta ve bulunan unsurların geliştirilmesi için tedbirler alınmakta ve çözümler üretilmektedir. Örgütsel bağlılık konusunu etkileyeceği düşünülen, bir örgütün kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk ile ilgili faaliyetleri araştırmanın içeriğini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerinin boyutları olarak kabul edilen ekonomik, yasal, ahlaki ve gönüllü sosyal sorumluluklar ile örgütsel bağlılığın üç boyutu olarak kabul gören duygusal, devam ve normatif bağlılık ile ilişkisi ve etkileri incelenmekte ve bu amaçla bir hizmet işletmesinde uygulama yapılarak sonuçlar ortaya konmaktadır. Sonuçlara göre, bir örgütün ekonomik, ahlaki ve gönüllü sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetleri örgütsel bağlılığın her üç boyutunu da etkilerken, yasal sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerinin devam bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık üzerinde etkisi bulunamamıştır.

The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Workers' Organizational Liability

Abstract:

The concept of corporate social responsibility that expands the scope of the research has become one of the topics that organizations take care of. The elements that affect the subject of commitment, which is important for the sustainability of organizations, are being investigated and measures are taken to develop the found elements and solutions are being produced. The activity of an organization related to corporate social responsibility, which is thought to affect the subject of organizational commitment, constitutes the content of the research. The study examines the relationship and effects of economic, legal, moral and voluntary social responsibilities and the emotional, continuous and normative commitment, which is considered as the three dimensions of organizational commitment, which are considered as the dimensions of corporate social responsibility activities, and finds the results by applying in a service business for this purpose. According to the findings, the economic, moral and voluntary social responsibility activities of an organization have affected both the three dimensions of organizational commitment, while the legal social responsibility activities have not affected the continuous commitment and normative commitment.
