Bu çalışmanın amacı 7. Sınıf Fen Bilimleri Dersi ‘Elektrik Devreleri Ünitesi’ ile ilgili araştırma-sorgulamaya dayalı beceri temelli sorulardan oluşan geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmektir. Bu ölçme aracı hazırlanmadan önce 7.Sınıf Fen Bilgisi Ders Kitabı, EBA platformu, internet eğitim siteleri, uluslararası sınav soruları (PISA, TIMMS) incelenerek soru tipleri ile ilgili 40 soruluk bir havuz oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan bu havuzdan Elektrik devreleri ünitesinin öğretimi ile ulaştırılacak hedef kazanımlar için öncelikle 28 adet soru belirlenmiştir. Kazanımlar ile ilgili hazırlanan soruları fen bilimleri ve ölçme-değerlendirme alanında uzman olan öğretim üyeleri incelemişlerdir. Verilen öneriler doğrultusunda gerekli redaksiyonlar yapılmıştır. Kazanımlar ile uyuşmayan 3 soru maddesi uzman görüşü sonucunda testten çıkarılmıştır. Pilot uygulama sonucunda başarı testine son şekil verilmiştir. Son şekli alan başarı testi 240 sekizinci sınıf öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Uygulama sonucu yapılan hesaplamada Elektrik Devreleri Ünitesi Başarı Testinin KR-20 değeri 0.76 çıkmıştır. Testin yapılan madde analizinde ortalama madde güçlük değeri 0,45 ve madde ortalama ayırt edicilik gücü 0,51 olarak bulunmuştur. Elektrik Devreleri ünitesi için araştırma-sorgulamaya dayalı beceri temelli sorulardan oluşan bu başarı testi öğretmenlerin, araştırmacıların ve akademisyenlerin rahatlıkla kullanabileceği geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olacağı değerlendirilmektedir.
The aim of this study is to develop a valid and reliable test consisting of inquiry-based skill-based questions related to the 7th Grade Science Course 'Electric Circuits Unit'. Before this test was prepared, a set of 40 questions was created by examining the 7th Grade Science Textbook, EBA platform, internet education sites, international exam questions. First of all, 28 questions were determined for the target gains to be achieved by teaching the Electrical circuits unit from this pool. The questions prepared about the outcomes were examined by faculty members who are experts in science and measurement-evaluation. Necessary corrections were made in line with the suggestions given. The test consisting of twenty-five questions was administered to 240 eighth grade students. As a result of the application, the average item difficulty value of the test, which was reduced to 20 questions, was found to be 0.45 and the average item discrimination value to be 0.51. In the calculation made, the KR-20 value of the 'Electrical Circuits Unit' test was 0.76. This test, which consists of inquiry-based skill-based questions for the Electrical Circuits unit, is considered to be a valid and reliable test that can be easily used by teachers, researchers and academicians.
