Aile, Psikoloji ve Din: Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürosu (adrb) Çalışanlarına Yönelik Psikoeğitim Örneği

Abstract:

Aile ve din arasındaki karşılıklı ilişki ve kopmaz bağ dikkatleri bu alanla ilgili çalışmalara çekmiştir. Türkiye’de Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı (DİB) aileyi koruma ve desteklemek amacıyla Aile ve Dini Rehberlik Bürolarını (ADRB) kurmuştur. Bu çalışma, uzmanların mesleki yeterliliklerini ve sunulan danışmanlığın niteliğini arttırma ve disiplinler arası çalışmaya katkı sağlamak amacıyla bir psiko-eğitim örneği ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “Aile, Psikoloji ve Din” isimli psiko-eğitim programı (7 modül) ADRB uzmanlarına uygulanmıştır. Psiko-eğitiminin ardından eğitime katılan ADRB uzmanlarıyla (N:61) yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat yapılmış, elde edilen veriler betimsel analiz yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular “Uzmanların Mesleki Yeterliliği ve Psiko-eğitimle İlgili Değerlendirmeler” ve “Psikolojiyle İlgili Değerlendirmeler ve Psikoloji-Din Arasındaki İlişki” olmak üzere iki tema altında sunulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda psiko-eğitimin uzmanların hem mesleki yeterlilikleri hem de bireysel gelişimleri için faydalı olduğu, bu tarz eğitimlerin bir seçenekten öte ihtiyaç olduğu görülmüştür.

Family, Psychology and Religion: Psyco-educational Example For Family and Religious Guidance Office Experts

Abstract:

The mutual relationship and unbreakable bond between family and religion has drawn attentions studies on family and religion. In Turkey, the Presidency of Religious Affairs (DIB) has established Family and Religious Guidance Offices (ADRB) to protect and support the family. This study presents an example of psycho-education in order to increase the Professional competence of experts and the quality of the offered counseling, and provide to interdisciplinary work. Psycho-education program (7 modules) named “Family, Psychology and Religion” prepared by the researcher was applied to ADRB experts. After the psycho- education, semi-structured interviews were conducted with ADRB experts (N:61), and the obtained data were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. The findings are presented under two themes: “The Professional Competence of Experts and Evaluations on Psycho-education” and “Assessments on Psychology and the Relationship Between Psychology and Religion”. As a result of the study, it has been seen that psycho-education has beneficial for both Professional competence and personal development of experts, and this type of education has been a necessity rather than an option.
