Giresun İlimizin Merkez İlçesi’ne bağlı ilkokullarda, her sınıf düzeyinden rastgele olarak belirlenen dört okulun sekiz okul idarecisi, bunlar içinden bir okuldan 8 öğretmen ve bir okuldan 8 velinin katılımları sağlanarak “Okul – Aile İşbirliğini Geliştirme’’ konulu araştırmayla ilgili görüşme formlarındaki sorulara yanıt aranmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı ilkokulda okul – aile işbirliğinin geliştirilmesine, okul-veli sorunlarını belirlemeye ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmeye yönelik olarak okul yöneticilerinin, öğretmenlerin ve öğrenci velilerinin beklenti ve önerilerini belirlemektir. Böylece öğrenci velilerinde okula aidiyet duygusunu geliştirmektir. Bu çalışma okul – veli işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi için önemlidir. Bu çalışma nitel bir çalışmadır. Bu çalışmada nitel veri toplama tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Hazırlanan forma uygun olarak bir ilkokulda görev yapan sekiz sınıf öğretmeni, bu okulda öğrenim gören sekiz öğrenci velisi ve dört ilkokulda görev yapan sekiz yönetici ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmeye katılan tüm katılımcılar gönüllü seçilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgularla birlikte sonuca ulaşılmıştır. Okul-veli işbirliğinin geliştirilmesi, okul ve velinin birlik beraberlik içerisinde hareket etmesinin eğitimin hayatın her anında faydalı sağlaması açılarından önemlidir.

In the primary schools connected to the Central District of Our Intelligence, eight school managers of four schools randomly identified from each class level, including eight teachers from one school and eight guardians from one school, were asked for answers to the questions in the interview forms related to the research on "School - Family Cooperation Development". The aim of this study is to determine the expectations and recommendations of school managers, teachers and student guardians for the development of school-family cooperation in primary school, identifying school-parent problems and developing solutions suggestions. This means that the student develops the feeling of belonging to the school in his parents. This work is important for the development of the school - parent cooperation. This work is a quality work. In this study, the data collection technique was used. In the study, the contact form was used as a data collection tool. In accordance with the prepared form, there were discussions with eight class teachers who worked in a primary school, eight student guardians who studied in this school and eight managers who worked in four primary schools. All participants to the meeting were selected voluntarily. With the findings obtained, the conclusion was reached. The development of school-private cooperation, the school and the parent’s movement in the unity of cooperation is important in terms of providing education useful at every moment of life.
