Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim yönetiminde insan kaynakları yönetiminin önemini öğretmen grüşlerine göre belirlemektir.Bu çalışmanın yöntemi belirlenirken nitel araştırma tekniklerinden fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Bu kapsamda kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile araştırmaya 13 öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış 3 sorudan oluşan bir görüşme formu tercih edilmiştir. Ulaşılan veriler içerik analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.öğretmenlerin ifadeleri, insan kaynakları yönetiminin eğitim kurumları ve öğretmenler üzerindeki kritik rolünü vurgulamaktadır. İnsan kaynakları yönetiminin işe alım, performans değerlendirmesi, motivasyon ve profesyonel gelişim gibi süreçlere olan etkileri üzerinde durulmuş, bu süreçlerin öğrenci başarısı ve öğretmen memnuniyeti üzerinde olumlu etkiler yaratabileceği vurgulanmıştır. Adaletin sağlanması ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin değerli birer kaynak olarak kabul edilmesi, insan kaynakları yönetiminin eğitimdeki stratejik rolünü güçlendirmektedir. Sonuç olarak, iyi bir insan kaynakları yönetimi sistemi, eğitim kurumlarının başarısına ve öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimine önemli katkılar sunabilir.

The aim of this study is to determine the importance of human resource management in educational administration according to teachers' opinions. While determining the method of this study, phenomenology design, one of the qualitative research techniques, was preferred. In this context, 13 teachers were included in the study with convenience sampling method. A semi-structured interview form consisting of 3 questions was preferred as a data collection tool. The statements of the teachers emphasize the critical role of human resource management on educational institutions and teachers. They emphasized the effects of human resource management on processes such as recruitment, performance evaluation, motivation and professional development, and emphasized that these processes can have positive effects on student achievement and teacher satisfaction. Ensuring fairness and recognizing teachers' opinions as valuable resources reinforces the strategic role of human resource management in education. In conclusion, a good human resource management system can contribute significantly to the success of educational institutions and the professional development of teachers. |
