Abstract:

To improve success in schools, employees need to be psychically good and strong. Organizational commitment is the desire that employees accept and believe the goals and values of the organization at a high level, that they work to their organizational goals, and that they hear to stay in the organization and maintain their organizational membership. Organizational commitment, emotional, continuous and normative commitment consists of the subdimensions. Organizational sinism is the idea of the organization’s absence of integrity and honesty and a negative attitude towards the individual’s organization. Organizational citizenship behavior is all kinds of behavior that will increase the effectiveness of the organization. The aim of this study is to identify and identify the organizational commitment, organizational cynism and organizational citizenship behaviors of primary school teachers. The universe of the research carried out in the scan model is formed by class teachers who work in the province of Istanbul or Bağcılar, while the 309 class teachers who are selected in a simple and unselected manner are formed by a sample. The study found that the organizational commitment and organizational sinism perceptions of teachers working in primary schools were high at the middle level, and the perception of organizational citizenship behavior was high. In addition, there has been a negative relationship between the organizational commitment and the perception of organizational citizenship behavior of class teachers in primary schools, the organizational sinism and the organizational commitment and the organizational citizenship behavior.
