Çağdaş Türk Düşünürlerinden Ziya Gökalp’in en kapsamlı eseri “Felsefe Dersleri”dir. Altı alt başlığından birisi Bilim ve Felsefe olup makalenin konusuyla ilgilidir. Bilim ve Felsefe başlığında Gökalp’in, Genç Kalemler ve Yeni Hayat gibi dergi ve gazetelerdeki bilim ve felsefe yazılarını geliştirerek ele aldığı görülmektedir. Diğer alt başlıklar Psikoloji, Dil ve Sanat, Mantık, Ahlak ve Metafizik şeklindedir. Ahlak incelemesinde, toplumsal ve siyasal öğretileri hem analitik hem de ahlak felsefesi temelinde irdelemiştir. Metafiziği ise madde, Allah ve ruh görüşleriyle tartışmıştır. Gökalp bilgiyi; yaratıcı bilgi ve yaratılmış bilgi olarak ikiye ayırmıştır. Ona göre yaratıcı bilgi ilmin hakikatleri araştırırken kullandığı faal usullerdir. Birtakım düşünürler Gökalp'in ayrımının temelinde sömürgecilik karşıtı bir tepkinin bulunduğunu düşünmektedirler. Gökalp salt bir teorisyen olmanın ötesinde verdiği derslerle bilgi ile hayat arasında bir köprü kurmayı amaçlamıştır. O, ilkokuldan üniversite eğitimine kadar tartışmaya, sorumluluğa, özgürlüğe ve rekabete dayalı bir felsefi eğitim sistemi oluşturmaya çalışmıştır.

About Ziya Gökalp’s “Filosophy Lessons”

Abstract:

The most comprehensive work of the contemporary Turkish thinker, Ziya Gökalp, is "The lessons of philosophy". One of the six subtitles is Science and Philosophy and is related to the subject of the article. In the title of Science and Philosophy, it appears that Gökalp has been dealt with by developing his scientific and philosophical writings in magazines and newspapers such as Young Pencils and New Life. Other subtitles are in the form of Psychology, Language and Art, Logic, Ethics and Metaphysics. In the study of ethics, social and political doctrines are based on both analytical and moral philosophy. The metaphysics, however, discussed the matter with God and the spirit. He has divided knowledge into two parts: the creation of knowledge and the creation of knowledge. Creative knowledge is the practical methods he uses when investigating the truths. Some thinkers believe that the basis of the differentiation of Gokalp is an anti-colonial reaction. Gokalp aimed at building a bridge between knowledge and life with his lessons beyond being a solitary theorist. He tried to create a philosophical education system based on debate, responsibility, freedom and competition from primary school to university education.

The most comprehensive work of Ziya Gökalp, one of the contemporary Turkish thinkers, is “Felsefe Dersleri”. One of the six subheadings is Science and Philosophy and is related to the subject of the article. In the title of Science and Philosophy, it is seen that Gökalp handles science and philosophy writings in journals and newspapers such as “Genç Kalemler” and “Yeni Hayat”. Other subheadings are Psychology, Language and Art, Logic, Morality and Metaphysics. He examined social and political doctrines on the basis of both analytic and moral philosophy. He discussed metaphysics with matter, God, and spirit. Gökalp divided knowledge into two as creative knowledge and created knowledge. According to him, creative knowledge is the active procedures used in researching the truths. A team of thinkers think that there is an anti-colonial reaction on the basis of Gökalp's distinction. Beyond being a mere theorist, with courses, Gökalp aimed to establish a bridge between knowledge and life. He tried to establish a system of philosophical education based on discussion, responsibility, freedom and competition from primary to university education.
