Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the views of body education teachers candidates, their attitudes towards the teaching profession and the professional ethical principles of body education teachers. The research model is imagistic. The research group consists of 416 people. The data is collected in quantity. As a data collection tool, body education teachers have used the professional ethical scale and the attitude scale to teaching.  The study looked at the data’s fragility and fragility values and the normality analysis and found that the data showed normal distribution. Therefore, the analysis of the data has been used from the parametric tests to the unrelated t test and the one-way variance analysis. The body education teacher candidates, the body education teacher's professional ethics principles have been found to have a middle-level and positive relationship between the subdimensions of professionalism, responsibility, respect and honesty and their attitudes to teaching. In the lower dimensions of the principles of professional ethics and in the attitudes towards the teaching profession, a significant difference has been found in the benefit of women. There has been no meaningful difference between training training, sports management and recreation department students and body education and sports teaching department students, professional ethics principles of body education teachers, professionality, responsibility, respect and honesty and attitudes towards teaching. The body education teacher candidates have seen a positive attitude towards the teaching profession, a high tendency to adhere to the professional ethics. Women's body education teacher candidates have been found that they are more likely to do the teaching profession than men, and they tend to adhere to the professional ethics. There was no difference between the teaching field and the teaching department of the teaching candidates, their attitude towards teaching and their views on professional ethics.
