Abstract:

In this study, the teachers’ opinions on the criteria that can be used in the assessment of the performance of school managers working in the four central districts of Diyarbakır were examined. The scale was prepared in the form of two sections consisting of a total of 44 substances prepared with the liquid scale to obtain data. The scale of 2021-2022 was implemented by taking the opinion of 212 teachers who have been employed in accidentally selected primary schools in the schools located in the four central districts of Diyarbakır. When the results obtained according to the gender, branch and age of teachers are examined, the opinions of teachers on the managers according to gender are positive, but the opinions of women teachers are more positive than the opinions of men teachers. The opinions of the teachers who worked as the Branch teacher were more positive. Class teachers have more positively assessed the behavior of their managers to provide motivation.
