Abstract:

In the framework of this goal, data collected from 268 consumers identified by easy sampling with the face-to-face survey method was gone to the way. In the analysis of the obtained data, the explanatory factor, the two independent sampling t test, has been taken advantage of the one-way variance analysis. As a result of the explanatory factor analysis, compulsive purchasing behavior was gathered under five factors: shopping for shopping pleasure, over-budget shopping, negative socialization, hypnotic shopping and regret. Consumers have been found to have more compulsive purchases in clothing, accessories and electronic products than other product groups.
