Örgütsel Adalet Algısının Örgütsel Bağlılık Düzeyine Etkisi: Otel Çalışanları Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Örgütlerde çalışanların adalet algıları, örgütler bakımından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Çalışanlar adalet algılarına bağlı olarak, örgüte karşı farklı tepkiler göstermekte ve örgüte olan bağlılıkları azalabilmektedir. Araştırma Denizli ili Pamukkale/Karahayıt ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren termal otel çalışanları örnekleminde örgütsel adalet algılarının örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerine etkisi olup olmadığını tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda 191 otel çalışanının katılımıyla Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği’nin yer aldığı bir anket formundan elde edilen bulgular betimsel istatistikler, korelasyon,  t-testi, Anova ve regresyon ile incelenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre örgütsel adalet algısının örgütsel bağlılık düzeyine etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Impact of the Perception of Organizational Justice on the Level of Organizational Responsibility: A Research on Hotel Staff

Abstract:

The perception of justice of employees in organizations is of great importance in terms of organizations. Depending on their perceptions of justice, employees can show different reactions to the organization and reduce their commitments to the organization. The research was carried out in the example of the thermal hotel staff operating in the district of Denizli or Pamukkale/Karahayıt in order to determine whether the organizational justice perceptions have an impact on the levels of organizational commitment. In this context, with the participation of 191 hotel employees, the findings obtained from an survey form containing the Organizational Responsibility Scale and the Organizational Justice Scale were studied with visual statistics, correlation, t-test, Anova and regression. The findings found that the perception of organizational justice has an impact on the level of organizational commitment.
