9-14 Yaş Badmintoncularda Çeviklik, Reaksiyon Zamanı ve Denge Parametrelerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, 9-14 yaş grubu badminton sporcularının çeviklik, reaksiyon zamanı, statik ve dinamik denge parametrelerinin incelenmesi ve değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin tespit edilmesidir. Materyal ve Yöntem: Çalışmaya Samsun ilinden 9-14 yaş grubu 19 erkek (spor yaşı 3,42±1,64 yıl) ve 12 kadın (3,00±1,28 yıl) müsabık badminton sporcusu gönüllü olarak katılmışlardır. Çeviklik değerleri “T” testi kullanılarak, statik denge ve dinamik denge ölçüm değerleri CSMI-Tecnobody Pk-252 izokinetik denge sistemi ölçüm cihazı kullanılarak, görsel ve işitsel reaksiyon zamanı değerleri Mozart Lafayette reaksiyon ölçüm cihazı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Verilerin tanımlayıcı istatistikleri ortalama (x), medyan, standart sapma (±) minimum (min.) ve maksimum (maks.) olarak belirlenmiştir. Korelâsyon analizi Spearman korelâsyon yöntemiyle hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmada anlamlılık düzeyi p<0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Çift ayak gözler açık statik denge ölçümünde kadın sporcularda çeviklik ile perimeter (kullanılan çevre) (r=0,727 p<0,01) arasında pozitif yönde dominant ayak gözler açık statik denge ölçümünde erkek sporcularda görsel reaksiyon ile perimeter (kullanılan çevre) (r=0,725 p<0,01) arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişkiye rastlanılmıştır. Kadın ve erkek sporcularda reaksiyon zamanı ile dinamik denge arasında anlamlı bir ilişkiye rastlanılmamıştır (p>0,05). Sonuçlar: İşitsel (Kulak) ve görsel (Göz) alıcıların denge üzerinde etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Görsel alıcılar kullanım dışı kaldığında yani gözler kapalı iken yapılan dominant ayak denge testinde işitsel alıcıların daha etkin olduğu söylenebilir.

Analysis Of Agility, Reaction Time and Balance Variables At Badminton Players Aged 9-14 Years

Aim: The aim of this study was investigated agility, static and dynamic balance and reaction time variables of badminton players aged between 9-14 and relate with among variables. Material and Methods: In Samsun, 19 males (sport age, 3.42±1.64 years) and 12 females (3.00±1.28 years) active badminton players were voluntarily participated in who are in 9-14 ages range. Agility was measured by “T” test, CSMI-Tecnobody Pk-252 isokinetic balance system measuring instrument was used to test static balance and dynamic balance and Mozart Lafayette reaction measuring instrument was used to test visual and auditory reaction times of players. Spearman correlation analysis was applied so as to correlation analysis. The level of significance was taken as p<0.05. Results: For female athletes, a positive relation was determined between the agility and the perimeter (mm) used (r=0.727; p<0.01) through the static balance measure double foot and eyes are open. For male athletes, a positive relation was determined between the visual reaction time and the perimeter (mm) used (r=0.725; p<0.01) through the static balance measure dominant foot and eyes are open.  For male and female athletes were not found any correlation between reaction time and dynamic balance. Conclusion: It was determined that audio (ears) and visual (eyes) reaction time was effective on balance. While badminton players are closed eyes, audio sensors are more influence on balance test through measure dominant foot.
