Örgütsel İklim ve Psikolojik İyi Oluş İlişkisi

Abstract:

Günümüz çalışma yaşamında örgütler, sahip oldukları yetenekli çalışanları en önemli sermayeleri olarak görmektedir. Örgütlerin başarılı olabilmeleri için çalışanlarına önem ve değer vermeleri gerekmektedir. Bir örgütte çalışanların algıladıkları olumlu bir örgüt iklimi onların motivasyonlarını, aidiyetlerini, davranışlarını, tutumlarını olumlu yönde etkileyecektir ve çalışanların psikolojik açıdan iyi olmalarını sağlayacaktır. Kendisini psikolojik açıdan iyi hisseden çalışanların verimlilikleri artacak, yaptıkları işten doyum sağlayacak, diğer çalışanlarla olumlu ilişkiler geliştireceklerdir. Bir örgüt içerisinde kendisini psikolojik bakımdan iyi hisseden çalışanlar birbirleriyle etkileşimlerinde hissettikleri pozitif duyguları birbirlerine yansıtabileceklerdir. Bu durum da çalışma ortamı içerisinde çalışanların kendilerini daha iyi hissetmelerine neden olabilecektir. Olumlu bir örgüt iklimine sahip olan işletmelerde çalışanlar kendilerini daha iyi hissedebileceklerdir. Hem olumlu bir örgüt iklimini hem de çalışanların psikolojik ,iyi oluşlarını sağlayabilen işletmelerin rekabette üstünlük sağlayabilecekleri, verimliliklerinin ve üretim kalitelerinin artacağı, müşteri memnuniyetini sağlayabilecekleri, çalışanlar arasında işletmeye karşı bir aidiyet hissinin oluşacağı, yetenekli çalışanların işletmeye daha kolay çekilebileceği ve tüm bunlarla birlikte başarılı olabilecekleri söylenebilir.   

Literatüre bakıldığında örgüt iklimi ve psikolojik iyi oluş arasındaki ilişkiye yer veren çok fazla çalışmanın olmadığı gözlemlenmiştir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı; örgütsel iklim ve psikolojik iyi oluş ilişkisinin literatür kapsamında incelenmesidir. Bu inceleme kapsamında konu ile ilgili yerli ve yabancı kaynak araştırması yapılarak örgütsel iklim ve psikolojik iyi oluş ilişkisi literatür taraması bağlamında irdelenecektir.

In today’s working life, organizations see the skilled employees they have as their most important capital. Organizations need to pay attention and appreciation to their employees in order to succeed. A positive organizational climate that employees perceive in an organization will positively influence their motivations, affiliations, behaviors, attitudes and ensure that employees are psychically good. Workers who feel psychically good will increase their efficiency, get satisfied with their work, develop positive relationships with other employees. Workers who feel psychically good within an organization will be able to reflect the positive emotions they feel in their interactions with each other. This can also cause employees to feel better in the work environment. In with a positive organizational climate, employees will be able to feel better. It can be said that both a positive organizational climate and the business that can provide employees with a psychological and good form will be able to provide competitive superiority, their efficiency and production quality will be increased, they will be able to provide customer satisfaction, there will be a sense of affiliation with the business among employees, skilled employees can be more easily pulled into the business and all of this will be able to succeed.

From literature to literature, there is not much study that involves the relationship between the organizational climate and psychological well-being. From here, the purpose of this study is to study the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being within the literature. In the context of this study, local and foreign sources related research will be conducted in the context of the literary scan of the relationship between the organizational climate and the psychological well-being.

In order for organizations to be successful, they need to give importance and value to their employees. A positive organizational climate perceived by the employees in an organization will positively affect their motivation, belonging, behavior and attitudes and will ensure the psychological well-being of the employees. Employees who feel good psychologically will increase their productivity, get satisfaction from their work, and develop positive relationships with other employees. Employees who feel psychologically good in an organization will be able to reflect the positive emotions they feel in their interactions with each other. This situation may cause employees to feel better in the working environment. Employees in businesses with a positive organizational climate will feel better. It can be said that businesses that can provide both a positive organizational climate and the psychological and well-being of their employees will gain superiority in the competition, their productivity and production quality will increase, they can provide customer satisfaction, a sense of belonging to the business will be formed among the employees, talented employees can be attracted to the business more easily and they can be successful with all of this.

When the literature is examined, it has been observed that there are not many studies that include the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being. From this point of view, the aim of this study is; The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being within the scope of the literature. Within the scope of this review, the relationship between organizational climate and psychological well-being will be examined in the context of literature review by conducting domestic and foreign resource research on the subject.
