Abstract:

Bu çalışma kapsamında sanat aracılığıyla öğrenmeye dayalı öğretme-öğrenme modeli, Soyut Resim üzerinden yapılandırılmış ve soyut sanatın öncü figürlerinden Piet Mondrian’ın eserleri üzerine kurgulanan tasarım stüdyosu ile deneyimlenerek Temel Tasarım eğitimine yeni bakış açıları kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda yapılan deneysel çalışma ile öğrencilerin belirlenen sanat eserlerini gerek tasarım elemanlarının (çizgi, şekil, form, vb.) gerek tasarım prensipleri (hiyerarşi, ritim, denge, vb.) kullanımları yönüyle ele aldıkları ve tekrar yorumlayarak daha önce görülmemiş üç boyutlu bir formda yeni bir anlam kazandırdıkları görülmüştür. Genel olarak bu çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, soyut resim sanatı aracılığıyla öğrenmeye dayalı öğretme-öğrenme modelinin, Temel Tasarım eğitiminde etkili bir potansiyele sahip olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, the teaching-learning model based on learning through art, structured through Soyut Painting and experienced with the design studio established on the works of Piet Mondrian, the leading figures of abstract art, aimed at giving new perspectives to the Basic Design training. With the experimental work done in this scope, students need design elements (line, shape, shape, etc.) to identify the art works. Require design principles (hierarchies, rhythms, balance, etc.) It has been seen that they have been addressed in the direction of their use and reinterpreted by giving a new meaning in a three-dimensional form that has not previously been seen. In general, the results obtained from this study showed that the teaching-learning model based on learning through the abstract painting art has an effective potential in the Basic Design training.
