Öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Adalet Algılarının Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Üzerindeki Etkisi

Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet algılarının gösterdikleri örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı algıları üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu araştırma, ilişkisel tarama modelinde tasarlanmış nicel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Mersin ili dört merkez ilçesinde bulunan 65 lisede görev yapan 357 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanması amacıyla, Örgütsel Adalet, Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçekleri ile Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları; öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı algı düzeylerinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Mesleki kıdem değişkeni öğretmenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı algısında anlamlı farklılaşmaya neden olurken diğer demografik değişkenler her iki değişkende de anlamlı farklılaşmaya neden olmamıştır. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel adalet ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı algıları anlamlı, pozitif yönlü ve orta düzeyde ilişkili bulunmuştur. Örgütsel adalet algısının öğretmenlerin örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı göstermesinin belirleyicisi olup olmadığını belirlemek için yapılan regresyon analizinde; örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışında açıklanan toplam varyansın %18’inin örgütsel adalet algılarından kaynaklı olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The Impact of Teachers' Organizational Justice Perceptions on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract:

This study, which aims to determine the influence of teachers’ organizational justice perceptions on organizational citizenship behavior perceptions, is a quantitative study designed in the relative scan model. The study’s sample consists of 357 teachers working in the 65 high schools located in four central districts of Mersin. For the purpose of collecting research data, the Personal Information Form has been used with the Organizational Justice, Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale and. Research results show that teachers have high levels of perception of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Professional age variable causes significant differences in teachers' organizational citizenship behavior perception while other demographic variables have not caused significant differences in both variables. Teachers' perceptions of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior have been found meaningful, positive and related at a medium level. In the regression analysis to determine whether the perception of organizational justice is determining whether teachers show organizational citizenship behavior; the conclusion was that 18% of the total variance described in organizational citizenship behavior was derived from the perception of organizational justice.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of teachers’ perceptions of organizational justice on the perceptions of organizational citizenship behavior, The model used for the research is relational survey model. The sample of the study consisted of 357 teachers working in the 65high schools in in four central district of Mersin province. In order to collect the research data, Organizational Justice and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scales were used with Personal Information Form. In the study; teachers’ perception of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior was found to be out high. In terms of vocational seniority, there has been found a meaningful difference in perception of organizational citizenship behavior, other demographic variables did not cause meaningful difference in both variables. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups with respect to other demographic variables. Teachers’ perceptions of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior were found to be meaningful, positively and moderately related. In the regression analysis to determine whether organizational justice perception is a determinant of organizational citizenship behavior; it was concluded that 18% of the total variance explained in the organizational citizenship behavior was related to the perceptions of organizational justice.
