Tüm dünyada görsel ve işitsel teknolojilerin gelişerek artması hayatın her alanında hızlı bir dijital dönüşümü beraberinde getirmiştir. Din olgusu da bu dönüşümden etkilenmiş ve son zamanlarda dijitalleşen din kavramı üzerine çalışmalar devam etmektedir. Din olgusunun dijitalleşmesi üzerine tartışmalar devam ederken Covid-19 salgını ile bu süreç yepyeni bir boyut kazanmıştır. Türkiye’de toplumu din konusundan aydınlatma misyonuna sahip olan Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı salgın döneminde din hizmetlerini dijital mecralardan insanlara ulaştırma çalışmalarına hız vermiştir. Yaygın din eğitimi faaliyetlerinin kesintiye uğramaması için uzaktan eğitim uygulamalarına başlayarak bu konuda çalışmalarını sürdürmüştür. Covid 19 salgını ile hız kazanan hatta başlıca eğitim sistemi haline gelen uzaktan din eğitimi üzerine yok denilecek kadar az sayıda akademik çalışmanın olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu konudaki boşluğu gidermek ve alana katkı sağlamak amacı ile yapılan bu çalışmada Covid-19 salgının etkisiyle eğitim alanında yaşanan dijital dönüşüm ve gelişmeler, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığının din eğitimi alanındaki uygulamalarında da kendini hissettirmiştir. Bu bağlamda eğitim alanındaki dijitalleşmesinin bir uzantısı olarak başlayan ve yoğunluk kazanan uzaktan din eğitimi çalışmalarının mahiyeti tespit edilerek, din görevlilerinin görüşlerine başvurulup gerekli analizinin yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca bu çalışma ile dijital platformlarda din eğitimi vermek isteyen kurum ve kuruluşların çalışma ve projelerine katkısının olması umulmaktadır. Bunun için bilimsel araştırma yaklaşımlarından nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılarak belge analizi ve görüşme teknikleri ile veriler toplanmış, ulaşılan bulgular içerik analizi ile çözümlenip yorumlanmıştır. Uzaktan din eğitimi, Covid-19 salgını gibi olağanüstü durumlarda destekleyici ve hatta bir alternatif din eğitimi yöntemi olarak ön plana çıktığı anlaşılmıştır. Dünyada eğitimde yaşanan hızlı dijitalleşme ile uzaktan din eğitimi sisteminin kullanımının giderek daha da önemli hale geleceği anlaşılmaktadır. Bu nedenle Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığının gerçekleştirdiği uzaktan din eğitimi faaliyetlerinin kalitesini artırmak ve sürekliliği sağlamak için başkanlığın dijital alt yapısını çok ciddi bir biçimde gözden geçirip, güçlendirmesi ve dijital din eğitimi konusunda hizmet içi personel eğitimi üzerinde ciddiyetle durulması faydalı olacaktır.
The growing development of visual and hearing technologies around the world has led to a rapid digital transformation in all areas of life. The religious phenomenon is also influenced by this transformation and the research on the religious concept that has recently been digitalized continues. While the debate on the digitalization of the religious phenomenon continues, with the Covid-19 epidemic, this process has gained a new dimension. The President of the Dianet Affairs, who has a mission to illuminate the society from the issue of religion in Turkey, has accelerated the work of delivering religious services from digital locals to people during the epidemic period. He continued his work on this subject by starting remote education practices so that his religious activities were not interrupted. The Covid 19 epidemic has found that there are quite a few academic studies that can be called extinctive religious education, which has gained speed and even become the main educational system. In this study, with the aim of removing the gap and contributing to the area, the digital transformation and developments in the field of education under the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic have also felt in the practice of the Presidency of Religious Affairs in the field of religious education. In this context, the extension of the digitalization in the field of education begins and the intensity of the distance religious education work is identified, the aim is to apply to the opinions of the religious officials and to make the necessary analysis. It is also hoped that this study will contribute to the work and projects of institutions and organizations that want to provide religious education on digital platforms. For this purpose, the data is collected with the methods of document analysis and conversation using the quality research method from scientific research approaches, the achieved findings are analyzed and interpreted with the content analysis. Remote religious education has been understood to come to the forefront as a supportive and even alternative method of religious education in emergencies such as the Covid-19 epidemic. With the rapid digitalization of education in the world, it is clear that the use of the religious education system will become increasingly important. Therefore, it will be useful to consider the digital sub-structure of the presidency very seriously to improve the quality and continuity of the religious education activities carried out by the Presidency of the Divine Affairs and to seriously focus on the training of staff within the service in the field of digital religious education.
