Abstract:

The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool that determines the learning flexibility of teachers. In this scope, the measurement tool is prepared on the basis of Lombardo and Eichinger’s learning flexibility studies. The research has been conducted on validity and reliability. For the validity of the research; the expert opinion, the AFA analysis and the verifying factor analysis (DFA) have been carried out. It was studied on two different working groups consisting of 446 teachers for AFA and 342 teachers for DFA. The study groups are determined on the basis of the maximum variety sampling method. According to the study’s structural validity results, the scale has a four-factor structure consisting of four-dimensional 30 substances, including mental elasticity, social elasticity, result elasticity and change elasticity. The four-factor scale revealed a variation of 46.65%. The DFA application has shown that the scale generally shows good compatibility values. The calculated alpha value for the reliability of the scale points was .92, and the corrected substance-collective correlations calculated on the raw points were above .30. According to this, the learning attraction scale has been achieved as a valid and reliable scale.
