Abstract:

People are suffering from administrative activities. The conditions of administrative compensatory liability and the legal consequences of this liability must be determined. In this context, the damage is the fundamental concept and the indispensable condition. In this study, it was aimed to determine the scope of the compensatory liability of the administration by explaining the definition, elements and types of concept of the damage in terms of its unique structure and its distinctive features. It will also benefit from judicial decisions on the issue as it becomes available for the discovery of differences in opinion and practice
