Abstract:

Mustafa Kemal Atatürk has an important place among the world leaders with his national unity and spirit of solidarity, taking a unique commander role in the battlefields, being a great politician who establishes the state, with his innovations, realism and advanced vision and his solid steps. The aim of this study is to address Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey and among the world leaders, in terms of all types of intellectual, charismatic, transformative, democratic, autocratic and political leadership. The study first focused on the life of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, family life, educational life, meeting with the army, the achievements he achieved in the process of military training and tasks, the rapid rise in the army and the successful decisions he took with the throwing of the foundations of the Republic of Turkey State, the innovations made after the establishment of the Republic of Turkey and the drawn laws were discussed, then the kinds of leadership he reflected, referring to the personality and communication characteristics of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. In the study, the relationship between each type of leadership and Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’s leadership behavior with these types of leadership was explained by presenting examples.
