Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine whether the levels of exhaustion of employees in the production and export production sector, which has been attracted by production and export performance in recent period, are different from some socio-demographic variables. For this purpose, the Syndicate of Film Workers, the Syndicate of Actors, the Syndicate of Film Writers, the members of the Syndicate of Film Writers (510) were selected as a sample, according to the group sample method. In the collection of data, the Maslach Extinction Inventory as well as personal information forms were used. The research found that industry employees experienced a high level of exhaust in terms of emotional exhaustion, insensitivity and personal success subdimensions. The result of the study is that the level of emotional extinction of the sector employees varies according to graduation status, task definition, daily working time, income, social security and project variations taken, the level of sensitivity varies according to civil state, professional age, daily working time, income, social security and unit location, and the level of personal success varies according to professional age, daily working time and social security variations.
