Amaç – Yeşil tedarikçi seçim problemi, yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetiminde stratejik öneme sahip olan ve içerisinde birden fazla ve birbiriyle çelişen kriteri bulunduran çok kriterli karar verme problemi olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Problemin stratejik önemi nedeniyle de işletme hedeflerini destekleyecek doğrultuda en uygun tedarikçilerle çalışmak, işletmelerin rekabetçi durumu için hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu durumda da karar vericiler problemlerine en uygun olan çözüm yöntemlerini kullanmayı istemektedirler. Bu çalışmada yeşil tedarikçi seçim problemine önerilen çözüm yönteminde, karar grubunun ve belirlenen tedarikçi seçim kriterlerinin ağırlıklandırılması ve çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleriyle en uygun tedarikçinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem – Çalışmada, bir üretim işletmesinin yeşil tedarikçi seçim problemine önerilen modelde, grup hiyerarşisi ve kriter ağırlıkları SWARA yöntemi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. En uygun alternatif tedarikçinin belirlenmesinde çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinden olan gri ilişkisel analiz (GİA) ve hedef programlama yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Bulgular – İki yöntemden elde edilen sonuçlardan en uygun tedarikçinin aynı olduğu görülmüştür. Yeşil tedarikçi seçim kriter ağırlıklarının eşit olduğu varsayılarak yöntemler uygulandığında GİA yönteminde sonuç değişmezken, hedef programlama yönteminde sonuç değişmiştir. Tartışma – Birden fazla ve çelişen amacın olduğu çalışmada sunulan yeşil tedarikçi seçim problemi için, grup hiyerarşisi ve kriter ağırlığının SWARA yöntemi ile belirlenerek en uygun tedarikçinin belirlenmesinde hedef programlama yönteminin kullanıldığı yaklaşım daha uygundur. Yaklaşım mevcut durumda değişiklik olduğunda yeni duruma ve şartlara uygun sonuçlar sunabilmektedir.
The Green Supplier Choice Problem is considered a multi-criteria decision-making problem that has a strategic importance in the Green Supply Chain Management and contains multiple and contradictory criteria. Due to the strategic importance of the problem, working with the best suppliers in the direction to support the business goals is vital for the competitive state of the enterprises. In this case, the decision makers want to use the most suitable solutions to their problems. In this study, the proposed solution method for the problem of green supplier choice is aimed at emphasizing the decision group and the determined supplier choice criteria and determining the best supplier with multi-criteria decision-making methods. Method - In the study, in the model suggested to the problem of the green supplier choice of a manufacturing enterprise, the group hierarchy and criteria weights were determined using the SWARA method. Gray Relational Analysis (GIA) and target programming methods, which are multi-criteria decision-making methods, have been applied in the determination of the most suitable alternative supplier. Results - The most suitable supplier of the results obtained from the two methods has been found to be the same. When the methods are applied to assume that the green supplier’s choice criteria weights are equal, the result in the GIA method does not change, while the result in the target programming method has changed. Debate - For the problem of the green supplier choice presented in the study with multiple and contradictory purposes, the approach that the target programming method is used in determining the most suitable supplier by determining the group hierarchy and criterion weight by SWARA method is more appropriate. When the approach changes in the current situation, it can provide results in accordance with the new situation and conditions.
