It is important to select the right supplier to create sustainable supply chain structures. Identifying suppliers that are particularly sensitive to the environment and human health, that is, green suppliers, is among the main objectives in the supplier selection process. The green supplier selection (GSS) problem is mostly the subject of multi-criteria decision-making and multi-attribute group decision-making research. In this research, the GSS problem of a hotel business is discussed. Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) technique was applied by using spherical fuzzy numbers in the research. Within the scope of the research, three decision makers, four alternatives and four criteria (Economic, quality, social and environmental criteria) were used. The collected data based on spherical fuzzy linguistic expressions were combined with the Spherical Weighted Arithmetic Mean (SWAM) operator and the criteria were weighted. Alternatives are ranked by TOPSIS technique based on spherical fuzzy numbers. According to the research findings, the GSS criterion weight of the hotel business was determined as the highest criterion quality criterion and the lowest criterion as social criterion. As a result of the application, the alternatives were ranked, and the third alternative was determined as the best alternative. It has been suggested to the researchers to apply multi-criteria group decision making techniques with fuzzy numbers in solving GSS problem.
