Abstract:

This study aims to study the impact of children on their relationships with their parents on social capacity and behavior in pre-school institutions. The work group was formed by 221 children, mothers and teachers who studied in 10 kindergartens determined by simple random sampling located in the Yenimahalle district of Ankara's National Education Directorate. The "General Information Form" prepared by the researchers, the validity and reliability study for the determination of the levels of the relationship between the children and the parents was used by Akgün and Greenbird (2010) and the validity and reliability study for the determination of the social capacity and behavior conditions of the children, the Social Capacity and Behavior Assessment-30 (SYDD-30) was used by the Socks and Friends (2010) and the Social Capacity and Behavior Assessment-30 (SYDD-30). The study found that the scale of the child-mother-papa relationship in the conflict sub-dimensional points; that gender and mother's working status made a significant difference; that the social capacity and anger-aggressivity points of children in the age group of 6 were higher than the other age groups; that the children of the unemployed mothers showed more angry behavior than the children of the working mother. It is also found that the increase in social skills in children has reduced the conflicting relationship of the mother’s child.
