Son dönemlerde artan rekabet karşısında işletmeler rakipleri karşısında iç ve dış çevrelerini analiz ederek kaynak ve yeteneklerine uygun stratejiler belirlediklerinde rekabet üstünlüğü sağlamaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada farklılaştırma stratejileri ile rekabet gücü elde etmiş olan işletmelerin işletme performansına sağladığı katkının ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Türkiye’de ISO birinci 500 ve ikinci 500 de bulunan ihracat ve ithalat yapan imalatçı işletmelerden anketler toplanmış, araştırma modeli ve hipotez oluşturulmuştur. Toplanan anketler sonucunda verilerin doğruluk ve güvenilirliğini ispat etmek için istatistik paket programları kullanılarak faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda farklılaştırma stratejilerinin işletme performansına olumlu ve güçlü yönde etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İşletmeler ürün ve hizmetlerde farklılaştırma stratejileri uyguladıklarında pazarda rekabet üstünlüğü elde ederek, performans ve karlılıklarını artıracakları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

In the recent period, facing increased competition, have been given competitive superiority when they identify strategies in accordance with their resources and capabilities by analyzing their internal and external environments against their competitors. This study aims to identify the contribution of differentiation strategies and that have gained competitiveness to the operating performance. In Turkey, the ISO first 500 and the second 500 export and import manufacturing enterprises have collected surveys, research model and hypothesis have been created. The results of the gathered surveys have been conducted by using statistical package programs to prove the accuracy and reliability of the data, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis. The results of the analysis have found that differentiation strategies have a positive and strong impact on the performance of the business. When companies implement differentiation strategies in products and services, they have achieved a result of achieving competitive superiority in the market, improving their performance and profitability.
