Öğretim programlarının işe yararlılığı için öğretmen sınıf içi uygulamaları önemlidir. Bu uygulamaların mevcut öğretim programları felsefesi ve tasarım şekline uygun olması istenen bir durumdur. Bu çalışmanın amacı 4 farklı ülkede görev yapan öğretmenlerin sınıf içi uygulamalarını inceleyerek öğretmenlerin PT ve felsefi tercihleri ile uygunluğunu tartışmaktır. Çalışma grubu Avrupa Birliği projesi kapsamında bir araya gelen 81 öğretmendir. Karma araştırma metodu ile yürütülen projenin öğretmenleri İtalya, Bulgaristan, Romanya ve Türkiye devlet okullarında görev yapmaktadır. Sonuç olarak öğretmenlerin program tasarımı ve felsefi tercih algıları ile sınıf içi uygulamaları arasında önemli farklılıklar bulunmaktadır. PT ve felsefi tercih algıları ülke öğretim programlarına yakın iken sınıf içi uygulamalar bu yakınlığı yansıtmamaktadır.
The teachers’ inter-class practices are important for the usefulness of the teaching programs. It is a condition that these applications are required to be in accordance with the philosophy and design form of the existing curriculum. The aim of this study is to discuss the suitability of teachers with the PT and philosophical preferences by studying the classroom practices of teachers working in 4 different countries. The work group is 81 teachers gathered within the framework of the European Union project. The teachers of the project, carried out by the karma research method, work in the public schools in Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. As a result, there are significant differences between teachers’ program design and philosophical preference perceptions and classroom practices. While PT and philosophical preference perceptions are close to the country’s teaching programs, classroom practices do not reflect this proximity.
