SAĞLIK BAKANLIĞI ÇALIŞANLARININ OTANTİK LİDERLİK DAVRANIŞLARININ ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIKLARINA ETKİNİN DEĞERLEMESİ

Abstract:

Sağlık Bakanlığı çalışanlarının, otantik liderlik algılarının örgütsel bağlılıklarına olan etkilerinin incelenmesi bu araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın evrenini T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı çalışanları, örneklemi ise Merkez Teşkilatı'nda çalışan 435 personelden oluşturmaktadır. Bilgi ve veriler Meyer, Allen, & Smith tarafından geliştirilmiş Örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği ve Walumbwa ve arkadaşları tarafından geliştirilmiş olan “Otantik Liderlik Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Tanımlayıcı araştırma modeli ile gerçekleştirilen çalışmada bilgi ve verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, Pearson Korelasyon ve Regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan Pearson Korelasyon analizi sonucunda bazılarında zayıfta olsa örgütsel bağlılık ve otantik liderlik boyutları yani bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasında ilişkinin olduğu tespit edilerek “Sağlık Bakanlığı çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılıkları ile otantik liderlik algıları arasında bir ilişki vardır” hipotezi kabul edilebilir. Ancak hangi bağımlı değişkenlerin, hangi bağımsız değişkenler ile açıklanabileceği ve ilişkinin derecesinin ne olduğunu saptamak üzere Regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bunun sonucunda duygusal bağlılık boyutundaki değişimin %10’unu ilişkilerde şeffaflık boyutu: devam bağlılığı boyutundaki değişimin %14’ünü ilişkilerde şeffaflık ve öz farkındalık boyutları; normatif bağlılık boyutundaki değişimin %18,0’ini içselleştirilmiş ahlak anlayışı ve öz farkındalık boyutları açıklamaktadır.

Abstract:

The study of the impacts of the staff of the Ministry of Health on the organizational commitments of authentic leadership perceptions constitutes the purpose of this study. In this context, the universe of work T.C. The staff of the Ministry of Health, the sample, consists of 435 employees working in the Central Organization. The information and data are collected with the Meyer, Allen, & Smith’s Organizational Commitment Scale and the “Authentique Leadership Scale” developed by Walumbwa and his colleagues. The study conducted with the identifying research model used identifying statistics, Pearson Correlation and Regression analysis in the analysis of information and data. According to the Pearson Correlation analysis, if some are weak in organizational commitment and authentic leadership dimensions, there is a relationship between dependent and independent variables, the hypothesis "there is a relationship between the organizational commitments of the Ministry of Health and authentic leadership perceptions" can be accepted. However, Regression analysis has been done to determine which dependent variables, which independent variables can be explained and what the degree of the relationship is. As a result, 10% of the change in the dimension of emotional commitment is described by the dimension of transparency in relationships: 14% of the change in the dimension of continuous commitment is described by the dimension of transparency and self-consciousness in relationships; 18,0% of the change in the dimension of normative commitment is described by the dimension of intrinsic moral understanding and self-consciousness.

Abstract:

Evaluation of the effectiveness of the authentic leadership behaviors to organizational commitment of Ministry of Health employees is the purpose of this research. In this context, the universe of the research consists of employees of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health and the sample consists of 435 staff members working in Central Organization. Information and data are gathered by Organizational commitment scale developed by Meyer, Allen & Smith and Authentic Leadership Questionnaire developed by Walumbwa et al. In this research carried out with descriptive research method, descriptive statistics, Pearson Correlation and Regression analysis are used. As a result of the Pearson Correlation analysis, that there is are relationship (even if it is weak) between organizational commitment and dimensions of authentic leadership (dependent and independent variables) are detected and the hypothesis that ‘’there is a relationship between organizational commitments and authentic leadership perceptions of the employees of Ministry of Health’’ may be accepted. However, Regression analysis is performed to determine what dependent variables could be explained by which independent variables and what was the degree of relationship. As a result, 10% of the change in the dimension of emotional commitment is the dimension of transparency in relations: 14% of the change in the size of the continuous commitment is the dimensions of transparency and self-awareness in relations; 18.0% of the change in the normative commitment dimension explains the internalized morality and self-awareness dimensions.
