So many results that aren't mine?

Nesnelerin İnterneti ve İşletmelerin Pazarlama Faaliyetlerine Etkileri

Tüm nesnelerin ve cihazların sensörler ve bioçipler ile internet kullanılarak birbirine bağlanmasını ifade eden “nesnelerin internet”i (IoT) yeni çağın belki de en büyük teknoloji devrimi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Endüstriyel üretimin (Endüstri 4.0) ve internet alt yapısının (Web 4.0) en gelişmiş versiyonunu ifade eden IoT bugün ev otomasyonu, sağlık, tarım, imalat, bankacılık, enerji, ulaşım vb. birçok sektörde kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Yakın bir gelecekte ise IoT’nin insanların hayatlarının tam merkezine yerleşmesi; böylece hem tüketiciyi ve tüketici beklentilerini hem de işletmeleri ve işletmelerin pazarlama faaliyetlerini derinden etkilemesi, ayrıca hayal dahi edilemeyen büyük değişimlerin aktörü olması beklenmektedir. Örneğin, IoT ile artık tüketicilerden elde edilecek gerçek zamanlı veriler işletmelerce anında işlenip kişiselleştirilmiş ürün teklifleri ve çözümleri yapılabilecektir. Bu çalışmanın amacı “nesnelerin interneti”nin işletmelerin pazarlama faaliyetlerini nasıl ve ne derece etkileyeceğini kapsamlı bir şekilde irdelemektir.

Abstract:

The internet of things (IoT) which states the connection of the all things and devices to each others with sensors and biochips by using internet, is perhaps approved as the biggest technology revolution. IoT which states industrial manufacturing (Industry 4.0) and infrastructure of internet (Web 4.0) is started to be used in many sectors such as home automation, health, agriculture, manufacturing, banking, energy and transportation. However, in a near future IoT is expected to influence deeper both consumer and consumer expectation and businesses and businesses’ marketing activities, also to be the actor of great changes that cannot dreams ever. For instance, by IoT the real time data which will be obtained by consumers will be simultaneously processed by businesses and personalized product offers and solutions will be easily done. The aim of this paper is thoroughly examine how and what extent the internet of things will effect businesses’ marketing activities.
