Sağlık sektöründe personelin öğrenilmiş güçlülük düzeyleri, örgütsel bağlılık düzeylerini etkileyebilir. Araştırmada hastanede çalışan personelin öğrenilmiş güçlülük düzeylerinin örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Araştırmada 2015 yılında İstanbul’un çeşitli eğitim araştırma hastanelerinde çalışan (n=350) sağlık çalışanına örgütsel bağlılık ve öğrenilmiş güçlülük ölçekleri içeren anket formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre örgütsel bağlılığın cinsiyete göre duygusal ve normatif bağlılık boyutları; yaşa ve görev türüne göre her üç boyutu; mesleki deneyime göre normatif bağlılık ve devam bağlılığı boyutları; kurumda çalışma süresine göre ise normatif bağlılık ve devam bağlılığı boyutları gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir (p<0,05). Learned resourcefulness may have effect on organizational commitment of personnel in health sector. Effects of learned resourcefulness on organizational commitment level of hospital personnel were examined. In the research, a survey including organizational commitment and learned resourcefulness was applied to personnel (n=350) of two education and research hospital operating in Istanbul in 2015. According to results of the study, there were statistically significant differences between emotional and normative commitment factors based on gender; all factors based on age and job type; normative and continued commitment based on work experience; normative and continued commitment based on working duration at their organization (p<0,05).
