Okul Öncesi Dönem Çocuklarının Problem Davranışları ile Ebeveynlerinin Öznel İyi Oluş Düzeyleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Bu araştırma, okul öncesi dönem çocuklarının problem davranışları ile ebeveynlerinin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini, Çorum il merkezinde yer alan bağımsız anaokullarına devam eden çocuklar ile ebeveynleri oluşturmuştur. Her sınıftan rasgele seçilen on çocuk ve anne babası toplam 273 çocuk ile anne ve babaları araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Anaokulu ve Anasınıfı Davranış Ölçeği (Problem Davranış Ölçeği Bölümü)” ve “Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 20 paket programı ile analiz edilmiş ve ilişkisel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ebeveynlerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri ve çocukların problem davranış düzeyleri “Alt- Üst %27”lik dilimler kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Ebeveynlerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri ile çocukların problem davranış düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi için korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; ebeveynlerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri ile çocukların içe yönelim problem davranışları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu, ebeveynlerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyleri azaldıkça çocukların içe yönelim problem davranışlarının arttığı saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, eğitimcilere, ebeveynlere ve araştırmacılara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

The current study was carried out to investigate the relation between the problematic behaviours of preschool children and subjective well-being levels of parents. The population of the research was made up of the children attending to an independent kindergarten in the provincial centre of Çorum and their parents. The sampling of the research was made up of 273 children and their parents in total, 10 children and their mothers selected randomly in each class. As a data collection tool, “Personal Information Form”, “The Scale for Kindergarten and Nursery Behaviour (Problematic Behaviour Scale Part)” and “Subjective Well-Being Scale” were used. The data gathered were analysed in the package program of SPSS 20 and relational research method was used. The subjective well-being levels and problematic behaviour levels of children were determined using “Ranges of 27% parts”. Correlation analysis was made in order to determine the relation between the problematic behaviours of preschool children and subjective well-being levels of parents. At the end of the research, it was found that there was a significant relation between the problematic behaviours of preschool children and subjective well-being levels of parents and that as the subjective well-being levels of parent decreased, there became an increase in the internalizing problem behaviours at children. Depending on these results, some recommendations were given to educators, parents and researchers.
