Araştırmanın amacı iş tatmini boyutları (içsel tatmin, dışsal tatmin) ile örgütsel sinizm boyutları (bilişsel sinizm, duygusal sinizm, davranışsal sinizm) arasındaki ilişkileri ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın evreni Türkiye’nin önde gelen kargo şirketlerinden birinin İstanbul’daki genel müdürlüğünde çalışanlardır. Araştırma sonucunda; iş tatmininin içsel tatmin boyutu ile örgütsel sinizmin bilişsel sinizm boyutu, duygusal sinizm boyutu ve davranışsal sinizm boyutu arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yine, iş tatmininin dışsal tatmin boyutu ile örgütsel sinizmin bilişsel sinizm boyutu, duygusal sinizm boyutu ve davranışsal sinizm boyutu arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The purpose of the study is to reveal the relationships between the dimensions of work satisfaction (internal satisfaction, external satisfaction) and the organizational sinism dimensions (cognitive sinism, emotional sinism, behavioral sinism). The universe of the research is the people who work at the headquarters of one of the leading cargo companies in Turkey in Istanbul. The study found that work satisfaction is a negative relationship between the size of internal satisfaction and the size of cognitive sinism, the size of emotional sinism and the size of behavioral sinism. Again, work satisfaction has been determined as a negative relationship between the size of external satisfaction and the size of cognitive sinism, the size of emotional sinism and the size of behavioral sinism.
